Juicy, tasty and crunchy salad! This salad will take pride of place on the festive table, because the constituent ingredients in harmony with each other. Pleasant sweetness gives a sweet canned corn, and pickled onions - spicy sour.

Cooking
To pickle onions - pour boiling water with vinegar, leave to marinate for 30 minutes, then drain the water.
Boiled chicken meat and mushrooms cut into small pieces. Instead of mushrooms you can use marinated mushrooms or champignons.
Lettuce wash and dry. Tear the lettuce and lay on plate.
On lettuce put the chicken pieces, coat with the mayonnaise. I used the mayonnaise TM "Maheev".
The next layer-mushrooms.
On mushrooms put pickled onions.
Corn drain in a sieve to drain liquid, and spread on top of onions. To grease with mayonnaise.
The last layer of salad — cheese, grated on a fine grater. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
