Stifado rabbit

  • Tomato paste

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Semi-dry red wine

    1 cup

Cooking

The rabbit cut into portions,

Pour balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, put the Bay leaf and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Into the cauldron to put the pieces of rabbit and fry it lightly on both sides until Golden brown.

Then add the tomato paste, the Bay leaf from the marinade, nutmeg, ginger root, cinnamon stick, sugar, garlic (crushed in chesnokodavilke), pepper and hot water with wine.
