Crab meatballs
Rather, from crab sticks. Juicy, tender with a faint lemon note. Very good with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    6 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Flour

    0.3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Crab sticks and onion grind in a blender. Add the egg, sour cream, mustard, juice and lemon zest, pepper, and ground crackers. Greens as desired. Mix well and put into the refrigerator for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
