Hot appetizer of seafood with soy sauce
Hot appetizer of mussels, prawns and chilli with soy sauce. This dish is something I picked up in a cafe on the seafront on the beach in Thailand. To be honest, that in this rather exotic country I was afraid to eat the local food, trying to try all the local cuisine, and I really liked it and did not bring any problems, no matter how I tried to convince husband that the Russian stomach is not adapted to such food. Adapted, more like fitted and very happy)))

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    200 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Noodles

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

Tonight at dinner my husband and I will remember our recent trip to Thailand and eat a dish that I spied in a small beach cafe

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and fry until transparent onion and garlic

Add the mussels and shrimp, chili pepper clean from seeds, cut the seafood, pour in dry white wine

Add the soy sauce and wait until evaporated liquid

We were served hot without any side dish.

And you can boil in salted water noodles (ideally rice) and pour sauce with seafood
