Cheesecake
Treat yourself to a slice of delicious cake with soft cheese filling, which sets off the chocolate jam layer, making a note of surprise.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    10 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Condensed milk

    300 g

  • Potato starch

    10 g

  • Turmeric

  • Vanilla

  • Jam

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cottage cheese heated in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (for better mixing). Add to it the egg, turmeric, vanilla, starch. Mix well.

Add the condensed milk. Beat with a mixer.

Soft butter, add sugar and baking powder. Beat.

Pour the flour. Grind to a state of crumbs.

Pour one third of the crumbs in the second bowl. There sprinkle grated chocolate and cocoa; mix well.

In a bowl with the white batter, add a teaspoon of cold water and stir. When the dough will look pressuposes soft ball, stopping to enter the water.

The bottom of a large baking dish (d=27 cm) lay a baking paper. To grease with a little oil the bottom and sides of the form.

Distribute the white batter evenly over the bottom and sides of the form.

Put the jam (I had apricot).

The jam evenly pour the chocolate dough.

On top of the chocolate dough to put cottage cheese.

Cook pie in preheated up to t=170~180°C oven for 45 minutes (focus on your oven).

The finished cake to cool without removing from the mold.

Remove from the mold. Cut.
