Muffins with gooseberry juice
Everyone who loves the sweet pastries with the aroma of freshness and noticeable acidity. An excellent alternative for anyone who loves baking sour, but for some reason it is not possible citrus.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Ingredients. For juice I took 2 cups of gooseberries. However I'm more gooseberries I had to take half of the juice I drank just.

Gooseberries wash and squeeze the juice.

The softened butter vzbit with sugar continuing to whisk pour in the juice. Whisk until smooth.

Add eggs to mix. Add the flour and baking powder. Gentle knead not thick dough.

In the silicone form pour the dough and bake at t= 180 45 min ( until dry matches). Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
