Arab carrot salad
Unusually fragrant, spicy, healthy and resilient outwardly salad. A wonderful garnish for meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Cilantro

    50 g

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Peel the carrot and cut into cubes. Peel a garlic, cloves cut into large slices.

Put in a saucepan carrots and garlic, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. From the melting of the "evil" taste and pungent smell of garlic is gone, leaving a zest.
