Lentil burgers with mushrooms
These burgers combine all the necessary nutrition in the post products: lentils, potatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Lentils, rinse.

Add coarsely chopped garlic and onion, cover with water and cook for about 20 min.

During this time, slice the mushrooms.

Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.

Add potatoes and mushrooms to the lentils and cook over low heat, stirring, until evaporated all the liquid, and the mass thickens.

Remove from heat, add lemon juice, breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Blend all with immersion blender without fanaticism, to have small pieces of mushrooms, onions. Season with salt to taste, mix thoroughly and cool completely.

From the lenticular mass to form small patties, better to do it with wet hands. In flour, add sesame seeds (can be without it), roll cutlets in flour.
