Pea puree with seafood
Tasty fast! Incredibly tasty pea puree from yellow and green peas which goes well with seafood!

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Herring

    250 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Boil separately the green and yellow peas in salted water until tender

Whisk it with a blender to puree

Onion peel, finely chop and lightly saute it in olive oil, add tomato paste (slightly diluted with water), add 1/2 of finely chopped seafood. I used ready-made seafood cocktail (mussels, squid, shrimp - they are already boiled). If you use frozen seafood, then advance it to boil.

In a bowl put mashed green peas, then chopped or whole seafood, mashed yellow peas, tomato paste.

Arrange squid and mussels. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Bon appetit!
