Zavyvanets cabbage with mushrooms
Perfect for a side dish or as a completely self-sufficient dish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Buckwheat

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Water

    3 cup

Cook viscous buckwheat porridge, cool.
