Original pilaf of wild rice with seafood for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine, besides a godsend for fasting! This is my first recipe on the Pillsbury.

Cooking
Here are the ingredients for our pilaf.
Onions cut into squares, carrot sticks definitely (if you grate it, the carrot loses its flavor). In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and spread vegetables. Fry until zolotisty.
Brine cut into strips, squid rings, shrimp and scallops put Zelenka. Add seafood (I do not take seafood and always buy individually, they're much tastier!!!). Season to taste with salt, pepper, season with spices for seafood, white pepper and soy sauce. Fry for about 5 minutes before spreading in the kitchen a wonderful aroma))
The rice is washed, dried on a towel, pour in a saucepan and add boiling water (!) (I poured 200 ml, because seafood is allowed a lot of juice). Add seasoning for pilaf, stir.
Now the most difficult step is to cover with a tight lid and do not open and do not disturb for 30 minutes, during this time, the rice will reach the soft.
After half an hour stir and add the sliced Apple (preferably tart, I have a home of our own garden), cover with a lid and leave to languish on low heat for another 15 minutes.
