Gluten-free muffins with quinoa
Quinoa for me is a product of the unknown and the new. After reading a lot of enthusiastic descriptions of the utility (just vegetable caviar!) this overseas cereals, decided to get to know her.   • Lemon juice

Pour quinoa in a coffee grinder and grind into flour.

In a bowl, mix the quinoa flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder, starch. Add the honey and olive oil. In a glass of water add lemon juice.

Gradually infusing water, knead the dough. Normal for pancakes, not too thick. The amount of water may slightly vary from the density of the test according to your taste.

Spread with a spoon pancakes on a hot pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until it will turn brown.
