Very aromatic bread with a dense but soft texture, a perfect complement to a Cup of coffee or tea.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200g. Quinoa rinsed properly. Add the yogurt and give everything a good punching immersion blender.
Particles quinoa get the size of a poppy seed. Mac washed pour over boiling water and allow to drain the liquid. Bananas peeled and mash with a poppy.
To banana - poppy mixture add eggs, quinoa with yogurt, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar. All mix well.
Enter the flour with the baking powder. The dough is spread in a baking dish. I used a small pan which made baking paper. Put in preheated oven and bake until tender.
The bread is delicious in both warm and cold.
