Tender meat with a cheese sauce.

  • Chicken's leg

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Prepare the tibia: wash and remove the skin. Cheese and garlic RUB on a grater.

Put the drumstick in a pan and lightly fry in butter, add milk, cheese, garlic, curry, parsley and salt.

Stew under lid on medium heat, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, until tender. Add the flour, stir, let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
