Pizza in two flavors.
My husband and I often want different pizza, and not to argue, I came up with this pizza in two flavors. But honestly, in the end we still share tastes)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Water

    225 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    200 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

Cooking

Dough. Combine the flour, salt and dry yeast. Stir in the Cup of oil and warm water. Pour the liquid and knead homogeneous dough. Translate on the table, floured and knead the dough 2-3 minutes. Transfer dough to bowl and grease the outside with olive oil. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place for 40 mins Until the dough will increase in 2 times. Then again knead the dough for 1-2 min Roll out the dough and put on baking sheet.

Mix the ketchup, dry Italian herbs, I have Basil. The top three half of the Parmesan.

On one half, put the ham, mushrooms and a few tomatoes and three the rest. the Parmesan. On the other - fresh tomatoes, sun-dried and fresh Basil. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 5 minutes.

The three top-mozzarella - most of the tomatoes and a little on another. And bake for another 5-10 min.
