Cooking
In warm (but not hot) water with 1 tsp. sugar dissolve the yeast and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
Heat the milk in the microwave or on the stove and melt it butter.
3 beat eggs a little with sugar with a whisk or fork, add vanilla, orange zest(lemon), milk-oil mixture and the swollen yeast. Mix well.
To liquid mixture add the flour and salt and knead the dough. The dough should be soft, sticky and shiny.
Next, pour the dough on a liberally floured surface sprinkled a little and crosses the dough with your hands.
Roll the dough into a ball and transfer to a large bowl greased with vegetable oil. On top of the dough is also greased with oil and cover with plastic wrap or towel. Put in a warm place for 1.5 hours or until the dough will increase in volume 2 times. Again put the dough on a floured surface and divide into 4 equal parts.
2 pieces of the dough to roll out 2 equal length sausages.
Twist them together not too tight in a pigtail.
Then gently transfer the braid on a baking sheet with paper, greased, and form a ring. Tips good to take to the dough broke apart during baking. For decoration put 3 boiled eggs where the pigtail at odds. The same is done with the remaining pieces of dough. Now we have to cover the bread with a towel and again place in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Grease the bread with a mixture of one egg and tablespoon of water and decorate them with colored powders. Bake in preheated oven until tender.
