Outdoor pumpkin cheesecake
Very tasty pie with a spicy, sweet pumpkin and cheese filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, egg, softened butter. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Put in a warm place to rise. I perform this step in the bread maker.

Roll out the dough into a round pellet. Put the layer in a heat-resistant releasable form, making a rim of about 3 cm of Dough prick with a fork.

To this point it should be ready for filling. And make it so. Pumpkin cleaned, cut into small pieces and boil in a little water until soft. Cool. To the cooled pumpkin add the cheese, sugar, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground allspice. Mix thoroughly in a blender or food processor.

Spread the filling over the dough.

Bake in the oven at 180*C for about 40 minutes. It turns out to be a pie. Unfortunately Golden brown in the photo turned out burnt :-(
