Spaghetti a La Carbonara
Lovers of Italian cuisine, you may not be a classic recipe, but a win-win. Especially this dish will taste our favorite men.

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Spaghetti

    500 g

Cooking

Boil spaghetti in salted water, adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cook for 10-12 min. Pour in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Bacon cut into strips. Melt the butter and fry the bacon, add the Bay leaf (after remove).

Whisk in a bowl the eggs, grated cheese, cream and spices. A little sunflower.

Pour the spaghetti in the pan with the bacon (medium heat).

After 2-3 minutes pour the sauce. Mix well and keep frying for a few minutes. Best served on a heated plate. Spaghetti sprinkle with cheese. You can also sprinkle zalenyu or Basil NOTE: this dish should not be left "on then". Better then to cook smaller portions, as the flavour deteriorates dramatically. ALL A PLEASANT APPETITE!!!
