Meat balls with beans and onions
Very gentle balls with no less tender filling. Thanks for the recipe Anastasia Skripnikova.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    700 g

  • Thyme

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Soak the beans and then boil until tender. But can be canned, I did out like that. Onion cut into small cubes. And fry until Golden brown.

Beans grind in a blender and combine with fried onions. Salt.

Blend tomatoes in a blender. Salt.

In forcemeat add salt, pepper and egg. Mix well.

From stuffing to make the flapjack.

In the middle of the tortillas put a ball of filling.

Formed into a ball. And so all the other balls. Lay them in a baking dish.

Pour the tomatoes to cover the balls. Sprinkle thyme on top. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at t=180°. Serve with potatoes or rice.
