Strawberry-currant muffins shortbread
This version of the recipe "Strawberry tart dough" from Veselka as the dough tears easily, I decided to make muffins. The aroma from them was the whole house.... Sweet tooth hardly waited for them to cool.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Black currants

    500 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Sugar

    600 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 g

  • Salt

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Vanilla

    10 g

Cooking

The softened margarine to mix with 300 g of sugar, flour and salt into crumbs. Add the eggs and knead the dough until smooth. The dough put into the refrigerator.

Berries to put on the frying pan (or saucepan) and put on fire. When the berries will give the juice, add 300 g of sugar and vanilla.

Dissolve the starch in water and pour in the filling. When boiling, remove the pan from the stove. Cool. That's the beauty of it! :)

To get chilled dough and divide into balls the size of a walnut or a little more, and roll cakes half an inch thick. Lay out the cakes in the tins, put in each mold a spoonful of the stuffing with the juice so that was the strawberry, and currants. Stung the edge on top - get kolobochki.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
