Cooking
Apples clear from the skin and seeds. Chopped. Roll in flour.
Rinse the raisins and roll in flour.
Mix eggs,sugar,oil and juice. Beat with a whisk.
Combine all dry ingredients(flour and spices), to sift.
To combine dry ingredients with butter-egg mixture. Add the apples and raisins.
The form of grease and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough. Bake in the oven at 180*-1 hour and 20 minutes.
Here is the finished cupcake. It must be kept in the form of 10 minutes,to cool. Then shift to the dish and allow to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
