Trout Mexican
Delicate fish for trout... in bright Mexican shirt with a touch of chilli and sweet sour sauce, baked in the oven. An ounce of fat, pure pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    4 piece

  • Shallots

    4 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    2.5 piece

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Coriander

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Pepper white

Trout clean, wash, dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with ground coriander, put in the abdomen fresh coriander or parsley.

Paprika of different colors and shallots cut into cubes, and chili peppers (watch out!!! GLOVES!!!) remove the seeds and chop it slices. Mix it all together. For the filling: mix 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp wine white vinegar, 2 tsp sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread Mexican shirt from peppers and onions to the trout, cover with the sauce. Bake UNDER foil for about 30 minutes.
