A delicious recipe for goulash. Goulash pork recipe Hungarian cuisine. The original goulash is a thick beef soup with beef or pork. But the goulash is so good that it hungry and as a second meat dish in a rich sauce, with a side dish. So, how to cook stew of pork? Here's the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Spices

Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Onions finely cut and fry in oil.

Meanwhile, the potatoes cut into cubes.

Bell pepper cut into strips, tomato, too, cut into small pieces.

To the onions add the meat, black pepper, pour a little water and stew until the liquid evaporates.

When the water has evaporated, add wine and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add potatoes, bell pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the tomatoes and stew until ready.
