Goulash
This is a traditional Hungarian dish that is usually cooked with beef. Cooks very quickly and turns out very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

Wash the meat, dry and cut into small cubes. Put in a deep pan and fry, stirring, over high heat for 5-7 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and add to the meat, fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

Add to the pan of tomato juice and water, pepper, salt, add spices to taste and mix well, bring to a boil, then put on a slow fire, cover with a lid and leave to stew for about 30-40 minutes.
