I had chicken Fresca, but just roast or stew is not interested - and here's my improvisation of "sour-sweet chicken in apricot sauce-syrup"

Cooking
Cut our filet the pieces are not small and not large, sent in a well-heated cauldron and fry until Golden blush.
While fried fillet, cut into quarters, our apricots. Once the chicken has roasted, add the apricots to it, salt and add the spices (I had spices for chicken imported from the East).
Simmer 15 minutes on low heat under a lid.
Beautiful serverweb our dish and ENJOY delicious, although a little unusual taste fresh fillet, baked with pieces of apricot and drizzled with sweet syrup!!!
