Bread with zucchini
The bread is delicious: soft, crispy and slightly vlazhnovatoy squash patches.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Salt

    2 cup

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Zucchini wash, remove the seeds (the skin is not to remove!).

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.

Grated zucchini, mix with salt, let stand 30 minutes, wring hands. Liquid drain. Repeat a few times.

Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water.

Let them rise.

Mix the zucchini, yeast and flour.

Gradually add water to make a smooth but quite thick batter. Thoroughly knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with foil.

Leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours until it doubles in volume.

Emboss the dough into a loose ball (the dough does not stick to hands, they can be lubricated with vegetable oil).

Protiven grease herbal oil, put the dough, form a cylinder.

Again cover the dough with foil.

Leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to it again doubled in volume.

Just before baking, brush the surface of dough with vegetable oil or beaten egg yolk. Bake the bread in a preheated 220°C oven for 40 minutes, until the crust are Golden brown.

Ready bread cover with a damp towel and leave for 10 minutes. Then allow to cool on a wire rack.
