Flan with mushrooms
Very tasty pirozek with delicate shading.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mix the flour, salt, margarine and egg, all chopped in the food processor or knives.

Knead the dough.
