Vegetable casserole
I was blinded him from what it was) In the fridge left 6 potatoes, 1 carrot and a bag of mushrooms. And I wanted something tasty for the arrival of guests. Turned out really tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices.

Carrot peel and grate already cleared through such device (the ordinary vegetable peeler) or finely chop.
