Meatballs stuffed with
I wanted some meatballs..... and the refrigerator had a liver, that tasted stuffed, was VERY ORIGINAL, AND most IMPORTANTLY - DELICIOUS! TRY IT AND YOU!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broth

Fry the liver with onions until tender, salt, pepper.

Ground beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper stir into a homogeneous mass.

Fried liver with onions grind in a meat. Take the minced meat, equal on the palm and put in the middle of a spoon of liver forcemeat, forming a meatball.

Meatball dip them in flour.

Fry slightly in a frying pan.

For the sauce: onions and carrots, fry, add the tomato paste, sour cream, broth, saute 2-3 min.
