  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Yeast

  • Yolk egg

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    0.75 cup

The milk is heated (do not boil), the milk add yeast, allow to stand for 15 minutes to ferment the yeast. Add 1 Cup of flour, stir. Give the dough to rise 1 hour, in a warm place.
