Perch in wine and honey sauce
Another recipe for walleye in my performance. We can take any other fish to cook this recipe and get a great result! The fish turns out tender, flavorful, and extremely tasty! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Semolina

Cooking

We prepare our fish clean, gutting, my, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with black pepper, place in a bowl and allow to stand for about 30 minutes.

Roll the fish in semolina and fry in vegetable oil. I'm doing it in a preheated 150*C oven.

Onion finely chop and saute in 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or butter, if desired).

In the pan with the onions add the fish (or vegetable) broth (the result will be excellent anyway). Ovarium our stock to decrease in volume (about a third). At this stage, if your Pets don't like onions, you can strain the sauce (mine, fortunately, the bow of respect).

Add to the sauce white wine (this time I did Chinese plum, insanely delicious), honey, sour cream, juice of 1 lemon,1 tsp lemon peel, salt, and pepper. Proverjaem another 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, take out from the oven the fish and put it in a fireproof form.

Then pour the fish with the sauce and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes, so the fish has absorbed a small portion of the sauce and was incredibly delicious.
