There are so many pancakes! Here is another good recipe for good pancakes in a gorgeous design. Can be served with salt fish, with sour cream or jam. Recipe peeped in the log.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

First make the dough. Take a large pot.

About a quarter of a pack of yeast pour a glass (250ml) of warm water. Pour half of the flour, mix well. Put in heat for 1 hour.

3 yolk RUB with sugar and salt. Melt butter and let cool.

Here is the dough after an hour. Add the egg yolks and butter. Slowly add the remaining flour and dilute with warm milk to density of liquid sour cream. put in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough will rise in exactly 2 times. Stir the risen dough to it settled. Again, set in warm.

Here is our dough. Very airy.

Whites of 3 eggs beat to a froth and beat in to the batter. After the dough has risen again, we don't stir and bake large thin pancakes in the hole.

For further preparation of blinnikka we need a round shape for roasting/baking. And preferably the size of the damn "fit" for the diameter of the mold. While baking the 1st damn, will beat into a soft mousse 2 eggs with sour cream, add a pinch of salt and sugar.

The finished pancake is put into a mold and generously grease the egg-sour cream mixture. And so every pancake. Get a decent slide.

On top of the roller coaster, put a piece of butter, cover with lid and into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°.

Spread Linnik on the dish. Serve it hot with fish, sour cream or jam. Hello, Carnival!
