Manno-oat pancakes with yoghurt
Very tender and tasty pancakes. The low flour and high good. Perfect for pancake cakes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a Cup pour semolina and oat flakes of fast preparation. 150 ml yogurt preheat until very hot and pour our cereal. Quickly stir and leave to swell for 15 minutes.

15 minutes to the swollen mass add eggs and sugar, whisk. Then add the yeast, oil and the remains of the yoghurt. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

Then add the flour and again whisk until any lumps. Leave the dough for 40 minutes in a warm place.

The pan well to heat and bake pancakes with two sides every time greasing the pan with vegetable oil.
