Description

Meat sauteed with vegetables
Cook when I have a bit of meat. The result is a complete dish and side dish is not necessary. To give a more piquant flavour for 10 minutes or until tender you can add the chopped garlic.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    2 handful

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Fillet to remove the fat and cut into pieces of 2x2 cm Spread in a pan with hot oil and fry until excess liquid is evaporated.

Carrots to grate, onions to chop. Add the meat and fry, diminished fire, 5-7 minutes.

Tomatoes and pepper cut into small cubes.

Beans rinsed and cut into pieces 3 cm length

Tomatoes, peppers and beans add to meat and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Salt, add spices, mix well and simmer another 20 minutes. Ready!
