  • Tomato paste

  • Greens

  • Mushrooms

Meat wash, cut into cubes and fry in a pot until soft.

Then add the beans, grated on a coarse grater carrots and diced onions and peppers. Simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, salt, season hops and tomato paste. Stir.

Rinse buckwheat, place it in a large kettle, pour boiled water and stew under a lid until tender. 10 minutes before readiness add the peeled whole garlic cloves.
