Pancakes with dried apricots
Pancakes with fruit flavor will appreciate your home. Pancakes can be served with sour cream and condensed milk. Especially a delicacy to be happy children.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Dried apricots

    0.5 cup

Milk (200 ml.) to reheat, add to a bowl of instant dry yeast "SAF-moment", to add sugar to taste. Bowl cover with a cloth and put to dissolve yeast. After a certain time on the surface of the formed cap of small bubbles, the mixture is ready for cooking pancake dough.

To the mixture add water (100 ml), add 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, salt to taste. Blend until smooth.

Add 150 gr. wheat flour. The mixture beat until smooth. Dough leave for 15-20 min. then you can proceed to baking pancakes.

In a bowl add the dried apricots. Apricots pour hot water, leave for 40-50 minutes, then wash the apricots in several waters. Cut apricots in small pieces.

Add the apricots in the batter. The dough mix well. Leave on for 20-30 min.
