Chocolate cupcake with orange frosting
Fragrant chocolate cupcake with sweet and sour orange glaze!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

  • Dry milk

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Orange juice

    2 piece

  • Dry milk

    50 g

Cooking

Mix all the dry ingredients: sifted flour, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar and baking powder Dr. Oetker.

Nuts grind in a blender, not too fine.

Whisk the eggs to increase in volume. Continuing to whisk, add water and vegetable oil.

In the dry mixture add the whipped, mix thoroughly. Add the chopped nuts.

Spread the batter in the form. I took the silicone form and put some axle grease it with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.

In a saucepan mix all ingredients for glaze.

Cook until thick, stirring constantly, 10-12 minutes.

Pour hot frosting on a cupcake.
