Cooking
In a bowl break the eggs, pour the cream, coconut milk and fluff with a fork. Put the Demerara sugar TM "Mistral". To dissolve, stirring with a fork. Sifted flour, put the poppy seeds, baking powder, vanilla, salt, added butter and mixed the dough.
Bake pancakes on a hot pan without oil. For each pancake used a tablespoon of dough. The batter, as the batter of medium thickness.
The pancakes were served with a natural, homemade honey. Their number is not considered. The guests were small children who ran to the kitchen and took the pancakes.
At first I wanted an oven large, thin pancakes. But the girls begged a little.
