Marble cupcake with coconut
This is an incredible combination of nutty flavor cherry and coconut flour ( coconut flakes)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Bird cherry flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

Sugar to turn the sugar powder with the grinder. Coconut is a little dry on a dry pan over medium heat ( 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly)

Beat butter with sugar powder in a magnificent mass. In the oil mass, continuing to whisk, to enter the eggs one by one.

Then, in small portions flour, baking powder, and coconut flakes

Divide the dough into 2 parts. One of them is to add bird-cherry flour and cream.

In the form put the dough, alternating with the cherry pastry flour and without ( or Vice versa)))

Bake in a preheated 200C oven for about 35 minutes, then reduce to 180 for another 15 minutes. The finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar. A pleasant tea.
