Pumpkin pancakes with Apple cider sauce
Autumn recipe - Apple sauce was an excellent addition to the pumpkin pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

For pancakes, the pumpkin cut into cubes and put in the microwave for 6-8 minutes. Then a soft pumpkin puree them in a blender into a puree.

Egg whisk with sugar. Add the melted butter, yogurt, baking soda and flour.

Add pumpkin puree and all mix well.

Bake in a pan like normal pancakes.

For the sauce, melt the butter and add the sugar. Give mass to reach homogeneity.

Add the peeled and sliced apples. Stew them until soft.

Soft apples puree them in a blender into a puree. Add the cream and all warmed up.
