Exquisite cake with rhubarb.. I was lucky to become its owner - brought a friend from the country. Part of it I froze, and from the second part baked fluffy cupcake with a pleasant acidity, which is the perfect accompaniment to tea and coffee. Cooking
Rhubarb wash, dry, ochistit and cut into cubes.
While continuing to whisk, one by one enter the eggs

Add rhubarb and stir into the dough.
