Zucchini, canned without vinegar
For the ulcer and non-drinkers. The children are also healthier option without vinegar.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    0.5 kg

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Horseradish

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Sterilize them banks. I do it in the microwave: put three jars with boiling water (on a finger and a half). Power - 850. Time - 7-10 min.

My zucchini. Cut the butt and "scars". Cut into rings.

In hot jars, stack the zucchini. Fill with boiling water for 2 minutes. Cover with a lid. Merge.

Put in each jar 1/3 of the leaf of horse-radish, umbrella and a sprig of dill, 3-5 peppercorns, 1 small crushed clove of garlic, 1 small Bay leaf (or half a large). Fill with boiling water for 7 minutes. Merge.

Pour the boiling brine: at 1 liter of water, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp citric acid. Roll.

Turn warmer and wrap it up.

How cool - flip. I have 1.5 months worth - with no recurrence!
