Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    20 piece

  • Black olives

    10 piece

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Flour

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Cooking

Mix all the spices , brush the meat and leave for at least 30 min. Wash the potatoes in their skins and cook until soft, water, salt.

when potatoes are cooled cut out the mushrooms.

On a hot pan without oil ,fry the meat on high fire, with both sides pressing down with a spatula /PA5 min on each side/. Should form a crust is very important to shrink the fiber and the meat inside remains juicy.

Roasted, diminish the fire, cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 min.

Pour the wine and simmer for another few minutes.

Added the flour thoroughly with a whisk mix

now butter stir with a whisk,you can add more wine if much thickened. The sauce is ready remove from heat.

Mushrooms sent in the fryer, then waste from potatoes and late tomatoes and black olives. All the dish is ready.
