Description
On the website there are similar recipes - but I have decided to offer You to bake manna even more than the original version. I suggest You try the chocolate-coffee manna with a layer of bright cherry and cranberry, with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. This elegant cake would be appropriate at the Christmas table, and just good in every day!)

Cooking
Semolina pour warm water (can be milk or any other dairy product), leave to swell for half an hour.
Cherries and cranberries with a small amount of sugar grind in a blender (I have not indicated the exact amount of sugar because some people like sweeter, and someone sourer) - try. Suggest a lot of sugar put in the berries, as they give the best taste of the cake.
Swollen semolina divide into two equal parts. One add the egg, cocoa, coffee, cinnamon, sugar to taste and stir. Here's a basic sugar dough, you can add significantly more than in berries.
In the other egg, vanilla sugar and plain sugar to taste. Mix.
The baking pan vistream with parchment paper or grease with oil. Layers pour vanilla batter, berry puree and chocolate-espresso dough. Repeat layers until the dough and the berries run out.
A toothpick or the edge of the spoon we draw lines from the center to the edges - it turns out the pattern. I do this for the first time, so do not judge strictly for the imperfection of the figure) Put the manna in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes (readiness check wooden skewer or toothpick).
Here and ready our cake! There he is in the cut.
