Cake-rolls with rice and tuna
Simple cooking cake-loaf of the most affordable products. Perfect for a snack at the cottage or your ordering for a picnic. Try!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Prepare the products. In a Cup pour heated milk. Add salt, sugar and instant dry yeast. Stir. Add the vegetable oil. Sift in a Cup of flour. Knead the dough. Leave for 20-30 minutes, covered with a cotton towel. ( I put the bowl of dough on the window sill).

While suitable dough, boil until cooked rice. I used the rice "Indica" in the bags of TM "Mistral".

Washed and cut into small dice tomatoes.

Washed and finely chop green onions, dill, parsley.

In a pan pour 1 tbsp oil. Spread the chopped onion.

Gently spread the cake roll in a baking dish ( I used a form with high sides for bread or cake ), zastelil her parchment.

Grease cake roll with milk. Put in preheated oven.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
