Rye bread with fried onions
Rye bread on yogurt, with fried onions, tomatoes, cumin and herbs de Provence. Without eggs. Instead of salt added soy sauce KIKKOMAN. Often bake such cakes. It I replace the bread.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

In yogurt repaid soda, put sugar in brown.

Instead added soy sauce KIKKOMAN. Put the flour. Everybody joined.

Large onion cut half rings.

Fry in the oil.

Put in the dough, stir.

The form of grease.

Distributed the dough and cut slices of tomato.

Put slices of tomato over the dough and sprinkle cumin and herbs de Provence. Put in a preheated oven until t 180 C for 20 minutes.
