My pilaf
Did pilaf in many recipes where something wasn't right. Something changing, made your prescription. Do not be surprised if someone makes a pilaf as well.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Figure

    3 cup

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Tomato paste

    1 pack

  • Water

    1.5 l

600 g beef (flesh) cut into small pieces and fry in a pan, salt, pepper, add some water to not burn.

When the meat is ready, cut small 1 onion, RUB on a small grater 1 carrot, fry in the pot, then add to the meat.

Add 1.5 liters of water, wait to boil, lay out all of the tomato paste, salt, pepper, put seasoning "for the rice". Rinse well 3 cups of rice. In boiling broth put the rice, stir and over medium heat simmer for 5 minutes (with the lid open).

Then make a small fire and close the lid, no longer stir. After 20 minutes or so under the cap put the clove of garlic.
