A hearty Breakfast before starting the day. We are accustomed to the sweet cheesecakes-the curd. It is a variant of savory dishes with cheese and rice. Recipe of chef Vicky - passion1963, slightly redesigned, firmly stuck in my house. Often on offer for Breakfast to cook something cheese hear: "Prepare those savory rice!" Ingredients

  • Cheese

    360 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cool. Measure out 200 g of rice.

In curd add the rice, greens, egg, starch, salt and stir until smooth.

From curd-rice mass to form the curd with your hands. In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put the prepared curd and fry on both sides until it will turn brown.

Serve hot with sour cream, yogurt or sauce on them.
