Vegetable fritters with tomato and onions
Bright and beautiful, hearty and healthy muffins, and delicious... which Made very simply and quickly, and the result is impressive.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Puree tomato

    3 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Soda

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Finely chop the onion, cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Mix the flour, salt, soda and chili.

Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil, add coriander seeds. They poshinkovat, remove from heat.

To flour mixture add the chopped vegetables, oil seeds (those who don't like coriander, the seeds can not add), tomato puree and water at room temperature. Mix thoroughly.

Pan heat, oil. Before frying the next batch pan should prosmalivat. Spread a tablespoon of dough...
