Delicious rolls of pancakes stuffed with rice, raisins and prunes in a creamy brown sauce will make your morning pleasant and the Breakfast is incredibly filling and healthy!

Prepare the pancakes according to your favorite recipe. I cook pancakes on a simple recipe. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, add the warm milk, flour, all mix well until smooth, add the sunflower oil "Oleyna" and stir.

Bake pancakes in the usual way, greasing the pan with sunflower oil "Oleyna".

One can prepare the filling. Rinse the rice in cold water and pour the rice with 200ml water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook with open lid for 8 minutes until the water has evaporated. Add the milk, 15 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and cook the rice on low heat, stirring constantly, until thick slurry for 10 minutes, add the oil, stir, remove from heat.

Prunes cut into pieces. Add the stuffed prunes and raisins, stir.

Place rice stuffing on the pancakes. Turn the pancake roll. I got 5 rolls.

To prepare sour cream sauce: whisk the flour with the sour cream, 2 eggs, remaining sugar and cinnamon.

Place rolls in pancake form. Pour cream sauce and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
